Refund Policy for Valentines Podiatry

At Valentines Podiatry, we strive to provide excellent care and flexibility for our patients. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness if you need to cancel or amend your appointment. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

 

1. Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

 

Appointments Cancelled 48 Hours or More in Advance

You will receive a full refund of the appointment fee. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

 

Appointments Cancelled 24 to 48 Hours in Advance

You will receive a 50% refund of the appointment fee. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

 

Appointments Cancelled Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

Unfortunately, cancellations made within this timeframe are subject to a 100% charge of the appointment fee. No refund will be issued.

 

2. Online Booking Amendments or Cancellations

If you booked your appointment through our online booking system, you can manage or cancel your booking via the confirmation email or through your registered account on our website.

For cancellations made in line with the timeframes outlined above, refunds will be processed automatically. If you experience issues with cancelling online, please contact us promptly via phone or email.

 

3. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

 

4. Conditions and Exceptions

If an appointment is booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and subsequently cancelled, the 100% charge policy applies, and no refund will be provided.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation (no-show) will result in the 100% charge policy being applied, and no refund will be provided.

Refunds will not cover any additional services or processing fees associated with third-party booking platforms if applicable.

 

5. Special Considerations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you believe your situation merits an exception to our refund policy, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your case. While exceptions are rare, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
